    Description

    FREE LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!! This is the Little Tikes dollhouse from the 1990's. The house is 28 inches long, 21 inches high and 17 1/4 inches deep. It is very clean, with no chips or cracks. The front of the house has a "welcome" sticker, 2 trees and a stairway with a closet. The door to the closet opens & closes at it should and it can be locked shut with a twist of the knob. On the right side of the house is a driveway with another "welcome" sticker. The brown patio floor on the main floor slides out to reveal a tile floor (or a swimming pool) as my grandkids used to call it. The railing on the sliding floor has a bent section that was bent when we opened the box. It is not cracked or in any danger of breaking. See photo # 11. The upstairs has a bedroom on one side of the house. The foam beds that came with the house had since deteriorated so I made new ones as shown in photo # 7. The other side of the upper level has a bedroom and a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bathtub. On the floor in between the 2 bedrooms, there is an oval rug (a sticker) and a railing. The rug sticker is in good condition, which is rare. Included in this lot are: a Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother and baby....a swimming pool, an easel and a dog. The easel has some small scratches and the dog is missing some of his nose & mouth. Also included are: a baby seat and a baby swing that attaches to the ceiling in the house.....a kitchen table with 4 chairs, a kitchenette with a matching chair, a high chair, couch and the 2 bed cushions. A small part of the boy's mouth is worn off and the same with the baby. This is such a durable house for kids. The open style is also a great feature! In case you didn't know, the bodies of the 4 people twist around so they can be in a sitting position.  Again this is a local pickup only and must be paid for through Ebay before picking up. This is a Covid-free home and the house can be picked up on the front steps with no close contact. I live in the Rosemount, Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville & Farmington area for easy pickup. This is also a non-smoking, pet-free and fragrance-free home. Thanks for looking!
