    Youth Night Watch Scottish Kilt. Has 2 buckle straps on the right side and 1 on the left for 2-3 inch of adjustment. Has 1/2" rope waist band. First number is waist size, second length. Size 18-8”, 20- 9″, 22-13″, 24-16″, 26-19″, 28-21″. Sizes are in inches. Sizes 18-24 have no liner. Sizes 26-28 do have a liner. Just measure where you want to wear it and that should be your size. After purchasing let us know your size by messaging us.
