    This is a rare August 3rd, 1964 playbill from the Summer Stock engagement of the JOHNNY MERCER and HY KRAFT musical comedy "TOP BANANA" at the State Fair Summer Theatre in Dallas, Texas. (The Original Broadway production opened November 1st, 1951 at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City and ran for 350 performances.) ..... The musical starred PHIL SILVERS as "Jerry Biffle", the role he originated on Broadway in 1951 and featured SHERRY O'NEIL, HERBIE FAYE, WALTER DARE WAHL, JOEY FAYE, LOU WILLS, Jr., EMMETT OLDFIELD, MAUREEN BAILEY, FRED KIMBROUGH, ARTHUR KEEGAN, WILLIAM LeMASSENA and GINNA CARR
